I buy them in when I go back to the US. Accusharp is the brand I have. Lots of options available online. The one I posted is a Victorinox copy of the Accusharp one.

One option to consider is a bread knife with an offset handle. Fantastic for cutting bread and will make very short work of leafy veg prep - cabbages and lettuces - and even tomatoes if kept sharp.
I use one of these handheld style sharpeners - it runs along the serrations just fine.
