Cool, I'd seen those before and I actually like the look of the cheaper one a lot more. The thing with bread knives is I struggle to see what makes a knife worth 100 quid more than I do with chef's knives.
Expensive bread knives have nothing to do with function imo.
I don't cut bread very often, but when I do, I have a cheap Mercer Culinary one. Great for cutting bread and cake etc, ugly as sin though, so its hidden in the drawer.
