Bread knives are a pain as they will go blunt (like any knife) and they are a bitch to sharpen.
I find the joke of them is the day after the bake a standard knife is what I'll go for, maybe it's the quality of my bread, but a pork belly has the bread (Victorinox pastry) knife and standard knife thrown at it
