Someone who is clearly a winner entering a contest he won’t win shocker, was my line of thinking.

I’m not surprised he’s a Tory, just that he thought now was a good time to stand as a candidate for them.

There's a level of delusion and self belief that also goes with being an elite athlete. Bang on the noggin probably didn't help mind.
