It’s also golf club prices, same with the tiles and a long wait time for them to be made plus more maintenance.
Couldn’t see the point in blowing the budget.
Managed to find a quartz worktop from the SE go-to supplier in Beckenham for the windowsills in rest of the flat that looked like terrazzo, even fooled the architect a few floors down who asked if it was from Diespeker the posh marble/terrazzo place (no prices on website because if you have to ask)
