I wouldn't be overly confident about that. Apparently he looks back to himself in training. It's a 3 week tour with a lot of climbing in the final week and Pogacar has a Grand Tour in his legs, albeit he appeared to be in cruise control. Vingegaard can quietly ride himself into form.
This presumes a two horse race, nobody told Evenepoel that, I believe he will get stronger than he was in Switzerland. Roglic is a Grand Tour multiple winner and not just a dominant rider in one week tours, he shouldn't be written off. This doesn't even begin to consider the multiple wild cards.
It probably will be a two horse race, a fully recovered Vingegaard will be fresher but with questionable form.
