I have been in the Ruislip Specialized Concept store, in their previous 'shop' just a couple of units further down Ruislip High Street.
I did buy a cycling helmet when they used to have their trade in scheme.

What terminated our commercial relationship was when our son was a member of Slipstreamers and regularly cycling at the Minet Park, Southall track.

On returning from a Saturday morning session, we found one of his cleat bolts was missing. We had other stuff to do that afternoon, so he visited the Specialized store on his way home from school on the Monday, hoping that they would have a box of cleat bolts available for a contribution to the coffee/biscuit/beers kitty.
Oh, how wrong we were. No cleat bolts available not even at an outrageous mark up. However the shopworker did suggest buying a pair of carbon S-Works cleats, (which to be fair did include cleat bolts), for just £59.99.
