You could try cadence down in Crystal Palace. If you’ve got the time, head into condor on grays inn road as they gave a range of saddles in stock, but they also have the kit to work out how wide your missus’ sit bones are and from there you can figure out the width of saddle that will be best for her.
Specialized have a wide range of female specific saddles you can choose from once you’ve worked out sit bone width.
