Oof nothing wrong with that at all! The gold lining is great with the green. Nice the seattube bands aren't lined.

I was also unsure whether I needed to wait for the paint to "cure" as I've read of a need to do this elsewhere but don't know whether this is needed for flam paint?

The fork steerer was also replaced at the same time as the paintwork (threads were a little rough) and need to have a look at that and see if it needs cutting,Not done that before.

I also need to find a pair of GB levers to go with the calipers, I think that I will then have everything I need.

Re your early Fiamme ... ah well done for removing that temptation, I have been itching to click it, decent price imo. Now we get to see if you ever find a matching front! Although that said, it wouldn't look wrong to have replaced a worn out front with the next model (MADE IN ITALY rather than MILANO).
