Nope. If you have tender bits, let them heal, then dab surgical spirit on to make the skin hard.
I'm coming back to running (12 years or so, so I had nice hard pads) after an eternity off and my skin is all soft again

@doubleodavey advice is spot on, but Compeed will stick to sweaty feet.
Got me through many early season matches.

I've used duck tape in the past where boots have been rubbing. Not strictly medical tape though

I use Molnlycke Mefix as my general fixation solution, stands up well to getting wet as long as the skin was dry when you put it on.

Are there any plasters or similar medical tapes that will stick to sweaty feet? Everything I've tried is pretty mediocre, especially when socks and shoes enter the equation...
