I can't find straight Duralex pint glasses anymore, very frustrating, they are so beautiful. IKEA make a ~400ml which isn't too bad but I much prefer the real thing.
I'll raise ya.

Ha, can't believe you just made me fish all mine out of the cupboard. Best I can do, looks like you have a wiener!

Nice numbers. Not sure I've ever actually seen the mythical 40.

Hold on we've got tons of these and have just got some new small ones for the kids. I'm getting involved.

I wouldn’t want to ruin the simplicity of this game, but I feel it could somehow be better.
Plus 1 should be the ace in the pack, Shirley?

Are pint glasses cheating?

Game changer!! So the pint glasses still exist in British pubs? I finally found some online the other day, very expensive tho'.

A French-made pint pot. That’s the kind of collaborative harmony this country needs right now. How was the cruzcampo?
-
• #19
No Cruzcampo, but it was a Gipsy Hill beer, so it was promoting Romany and traveller inclusion. Maybe.

We must have these glasses at school as I remember playing this as a child. Did they make a short round tumbler with a couple of ridge lines half way up? That's my recollection. I'm off on a Google hunt...

Yes! My childhood dentist had these for rinsing out, I have a very real emotional attachment to these objects. It's weird.

We've been sold a lie
I don't know if there is much appetite for this, but...
Duralex make glasses in France. They are all stamped between 1 and 40. The game is the higher the number the better.
Duralex glasses are common in restaurants, so it's a nice little game to play when waiting for food etc.
Bit sad, but it's basically the first thing I do when I see a restaurant, cafe etc has Duralex glasses.
I'll get the ball rolling with today's 27.
