I’d avoid fake terrazzo tbh.
Light coloured floor does require commitment to incessant cleaning; we’ve had to make a snap decision to change our Marmoleum order to a darker colour after a friend had our original choice installed in her kitchen recently. It’s constantly filthy, needs hoovering several times a day. Ain’t got time for that shit.
