Eh, pretty true to size I think. I’m a 45 in most shoes. The Spiuks are also a 45 and they’re maybe just slightly larger.
The Spesh are also labelled as 29cm, in Shimano road shoes I have to go up to a 46 which is 29.2cm.
Just tried on a couple Fizik shoes, the 45 in them (also marked as 29cm) feels bigger, the Fizik 44 (28.35cm) feels much more like the Spesh 45.
So, bigger than a Shimano 45, smaller than a Fizik 45? Is that any help?!

Pair of Spesh road shoes with Keo cleats.

Barely used, few scuffs and marks from storage but really pretty nice condition.
Insoles are from a pair of Spuik shoes as I put Body Geometry insoles in these when I got them and then swapped them into the Spuik shoes that I’m now using.
I bought the shoes 2nd hand but unused, cleats brand new, rode indoors with them 2 or 3 times.
