Yes it is but I believe the the Tories are currently in such a parlous state they don't have the will/energy/inclination to do anything about it.

To be fair I'm all for them not deselecting the nutters and replacing them with centrists.

Let's shift our politics to the left where labour can be the new right and the greens etc can be the left
