Right at the foot of the Col de Menté too.

To be honest, the last time I was in that area it was clear that the population was in a pretty steep decline, with lots of empty houses and closed businesses.

The ad says there is electricity on site.

Not reassuring when that is a key selling feature.

Sounds like the perfect time to open the trendy coffee shop/vape emporium/artisanal massage parlour that could turn the area around?
