I wrote it immediately after the event, but owing to an email mix up it's only just been published. I should have chased it up sooner than I did and I can only hope late is better than never.

Are any forum users riding the Hounslow 100 this Sunday?
Very occasional poster. Rode the HDW100 on 53x15 on Sunday. Managed 4:11, but would have been 2 min faster if my chain hadn’t jumped off. Water bottle holder also went south. Not quite as fast as my 12h speed on the same course with gears, but the hill in the middle and headwind makes for a grind/spin/grind… race . A report from clubman may be forthcoming.
