I have the below Stronglight Track 2000 chainset. It's specifically for track so I expect the bottom bracket will be the 107mm length you mention. It has a 49t Stronglight chainring although it's for 3/32" chains, but I do have a few 1/8" rings (and possibly even a 49t) I could swap it for.
