We did this last year (2023) from the cicerone guidebook.
It was an amazing route, and you’ll have a great time!
The guidebook mostly held up well, although there’s a few bits where there’s some new development.
In particular, Theth has a new access road and now attracts its share of instagrammers.
Although it’s still very beautiful.If you’re intending to cook, we took a petrol stove. Couldn’t find gas canisters in Kosovo at all. (That apparently hasn’t changed)

Amazing trip. Have you got a gpx file as route finding while fine ish, is easier with a gpx.
