I was thinking since we can't always keep up with every offering from every roaster, might be nice to share if you've tried or bought an interesting coffee.
We have a lot of coffee product chat and issues with hardware, but not so much actual coffee bean chat.
I've just bought this, the combo of pink bourbon bean and sake/soy sauce fungus sounds dumb enough to try.

This is back in stock at Coborn. Tastes like Haribo strawberries

Ooh I had this as a cortado at Lodestar and the milk made it really creamy, like a strawberry yoghurt. I was worried that milk would taste terrible with it.

Does it work brewed as filter?
-
• #26661
I only had it as filter on my first bag. Was excellent, might try it as an espresso now I've ordered more

Anyone know where I can get a replacement gasket for my Tracanzan Alfa coffee pot?
It's 35mm internal, 55mm external. Can't seem to find anything that matches that.

Can anyone help me with the girl maths on why I should get a new double boiler espresso machine please?
Currently have a Silvia - does the job but make 4-6 milk based espresso drinks per day

Have you already done the female calculus on your water and grinder?
-
• #26674
Not much help on the maths front but you should get a Linea Micra.

Home espresso machines are mugs game, any improvements in end result will mostly be in your head in order to justify your outrageous expenditure.
Also is it the plastic or brass boiler ring? Plastic are known for loosening (and being rather shit in general). If plastic you may get away with nipping it back up and forgetting about it for a while?
