I realise you're set on a full bike, but I have a nice Cannondale Synapse frame and forks in around the size you're after if you'd be able to build it up? In fact, I have a groupset too, plus wheels that could make up a complete bike, but you'd have to build it yourself.

I have to slow things down a little because of a concern I have. You'll notice that I say the frame I have was around the size you're after, well this is because I'm a bit fuzzy on the size, after not having seen the frame (in storage) for a while. But I've just looked on the internet for examples of 46-48cm frames and seen that your size range is the absolute smallest that adult bike frames come in. So possibly my frame is acually 50cm or there abouts. Of course the easiest way to clear this up is to measure the frame in storage, but lockup I have is on the other side of town and I won't be cycling over there for a while, certainly not whilst the weather is like it currently is right now. So there could be quite a wait for you, and of course since you have a budget of £200 for a complete bike you might be better off checking the complete bike offered to you by the chap above. My frame will be cheap compared to this, but probably too big, but if you can wait I'll confirm if it actually is.

Also not a full bike, but this is on eBay at the moment.

Caveat that I know nothing about the brand. I just keep my eye out for small frames.

I have a very nice XS Giant frame that would suit. Can provide all the remaining parts to build up as shown in the photo attached (except forks are original Giant ones rather than carbon as in the photo, cranks will be Bontrager 165mm, shorter stem and saddle will be a wider one). Can drop into London Euston this Wed. Can do the whole lot for £225. Groupset is 10 speed 105.

Sent you a message thankyou
Hello :)
I’m looking at getting my partner a 44-46 road bike to get her into the road cycling world.
Ideally something newer rather than a classic/vintage.
Looking around £200
London location ideally
Look forward to hearing from you
Many thanks
