I’m not sure I can see a problem. Knife, fork and spoon. Knives, forks and spoons. So they’re in the right order in the drawer divider. Teaspoons are the way round that a righty would naturally drop them in the drawer and therefore the right way round for a righty to grab them. Knives are facing the wrong way for my OCD but whatever that’s me.
You could do with hoovering the shite out the drawer divider though.

Might want to check for unwanted lodgers as well. Cutlery tends to be clean when put in the divider, so that detritus is either from the drawer top, from users’ hands, from random crumbs, or from something dropping it behind…
