  • Just had a check and it actually only 12 seconds I need to lose.
    I was going to just make a disc out of a for sale board :)
    I have some nice SWorks aerofly bars to drop on which will stretch me out a little bit as well and will don my too tight bibs and top. Maybe pull my socks up?
    I know I’m really just going to have to get fitter aren’t I!
    But it’s only + point 4 mph average I have to magic up.

  • I’d give it a go with the plastic board if that’s what you have. Could also shave your body hair, and get aero socks and shoe covers. Those are relatively affordable marginal gains opportunities. A freshly waxed and broken-in chain and regreased bearings would help too, and making sure wheel is true and taut.
