snapped a bolt in one of the two mounting points on one side of my rack – absolutely cannot be removed, had a whole shop's worth of mechanics on it this afternoon. Gotta mount directly with just one bolt, so sans triangles – anybody done this? do I need to drill out the threads on the rack?

Yeah, I never used the triangles. I found i had to drill through the approprite mount on the rack, otherwise the thread in the mount sort of 'undid' the bolt if that makes sense.
Washer either side of bolt and you're absolutely fine, doesn't effect the strength, loads of racks don't have threaded mounts.

no probs, one thing is use a drill bit that is only just a tiny bit bigger to just remove the threads. I think I used a 4.5mm bit, but could have been a 5, or 5.5. Can't remember exactly! but easiest to start with smallist and work up if required.

Just bought some Super C front panniers to fit my Pizza Rack… am I doing something wrong?! @RonnieOatmilk

That's odd! I've got the Kendal's and the Super C front ones and they both fit on my pizza rack fine. (Both have the same spacing).
Are they deffo the front ones with the pocket on the front, not the side?

New member of the pizza rack club. I decided that on this bike, with this excellent bar tape, that not having a pizza rack would be a massive error. I've got a rear rack too so I'm not sure quite how much use it will actually get, but I don't care.

As you've gone the one bolt route, it's very advisable to do the emergency zip tie around the fork just in case.
Otherwise, basket and bungees for carrying books and things?

Good shout - will do. Bought this one used, and it only came with one bolt anyway.
It's not on there in this photo, but it came with the proper-sized cargo net to go with it. I was thinking that this would actually be for emergency pizza carrying reasons - I've got my Pashley Mailstar for book delivery runs when it's needed, but it never hurts to have multiple options!

hmmm. yeah, that's not brilliant is it?
I think I'll stop using the front mount for my gopro until I've figured out something better.
