They're looking for an asshole in a 4x4 that thinks running over cyclists and coming back to threaten them is ok.
Probably quite a few of those around.
I hope that, as a pro cyclist, she has the power to not be scared of cycling.
I have friends that don't cycle anymore after incidents like this because they're scared. -

wafc - no mention of whether the culprit was caught/is being sought/what they're looking for. Can only imagine she was too shaken up to recall material details and there were no other witnesses:
