I would eat the breakfast in your op image every day (mixing up black pudding with occasional Haggis), however that would kill me within a few weeks.
So it is usually strong black coffee with a bowl of Greek yoghourt, seasonal fruit, mixed nuts and seeds (chia, flax, sunflower and pumpkin)
(Used to eat oats with that but oats give me a glucose spike)
This was my woeful attempt to start a wider breakfast thread
