I like the idea, but once you drop enough to clear the bar clamp will it be neater irl?
I'd think about options based around the clamp.

Banged out a CAD of the stem last night, I think that should do the trick so I ordered tubes and seatpost clamps from Ceeway.
I'm toying with the idea of adding a bottle boss to the underside of the extension to give me a neater mounting position for my Wahoo
