60cm road bike

Friend who is 6’4” is looking for a starter road bike £300-500 range. Something along the lines of Trek ALR or Cannondale synapse. Discs would be great.

I've got a Canyon Ultimate AL XX or XXXL (I can't remember) 11 spd Ultegra and Mavic Ksyrium wheels (I think) not disc though. I'd be looking for towards the top end of your friends budget plus postage. I'm 6' 5" if that helps
