• This was exactly what happened. Got to around 6:15 and after being on various queues on hold was eventually told they've gone home now and to call again tomorrow. My call started at 3:37. Bananas.

  • Their online chat function was nonexistent when I was getting rid of them last year.

    Sending them a letter via registered post is generally viewed as easiest.

  • Same hours as phone and you need to be responsive the entire time as they boot you otherwise. At least on phone I can pop on speaker and get on with other things but if I get a message twenty mins later in another chrome tab... Let's see what tomorrow brings.
