Looks to me like I'm going to need this: ACB 6808 CC Headset Bearing 40x52x6.5 36x45°
and then keep the superstar crown race and lower bearing in case I ever change the fork for something else.
The only dimensional issue here is the height - the stack on this 36° bearing is a 0.5 mm lower so hopefully the cup won't bottom out on the fork crown with the headset is pre-loaded....
