Putting aside her delusional opinions, you'd generally hope that someone who's PM for 10yrs is going to have more of an impact than one who did it for 49 days.
But it's cute that she's trying to draw a comparison.
Not unlike Johnson, she fundamentally believes that securing the job of PM gives you the right to enact laws and policies at will without any reference to any other systems of control.
