Yeah shit sorry should have said it’s 650b. As you’ve guessed I want to replace the fork on a track style bike. With a bit of squeezing and trimming the rear tyre fits I don’t suppose you have a 650bx47 slick tyred wheel you could try and squeeze in have you? I want track type clearances so don’t need acres of space :D
Basically impossible. 367mm is short. That's what you find on racey road bikes. 35mm is more like track bike rake. Almost all disc forks will be 45-50mm.
There's not enough space physically left for a road plus tyre after you consider the fork crown. 622/2=311 (radius of a 700c wheel). 367-311-20(crown)-5(clearance)=31mm max tyre.
There are some forks with very short crowns which will be as good as you can get in that length.
I have one of these on my bike, as you can see the crown is very thin and consequently it will take a 32mm tyre

If you want bigger, you will need to go longer. Rake is 45mm.
If you're using 650b then ignore the above.
