Basically impossible. 367mm is short. That's what you find on racey road bikes. 35mm is more like track bike rake. Almost all disc forks will be 45-50mm.
There's not enough space physically left for a road plus tyre after you consider the fork crown. 622/2=311 (radius of a 700c wheel). 367-311-20(crown)-5(clearance)=31mm max tyre.
There are some forks with very short crowns which will be as good as you can get in that length.I have one of these on my bike, as you can see the crown is very thin and consequently it will take a 32mm tyre

If you want bigger, you will need to go longer. Rake is 45mm.
If you're using 650b then ignore the above. -
Look up Max Power Cycles, 365 a2c but 25mm rake though.
Otherwise, check Pake Runner fork, 384 a2c and 38mm rake. You'll have to sort it out from the US as the UK distributor don't usually stock them.
What are the chances of finding an OTP disc fork with Axle to crown length of 367mm and a 35mm rake with clearance for a road plus tyre?
I know it’s a big ask…
