we have wheels on, chain on, suitible amount of track slack , it's noisy as fuck but it runs???
need to reset the grips, trim the brake and double check every bolt twice and it'll be done
and as @Bearlegged points out, it needs pedals, will take some off the homer to test ride it then await straps from @Tijmen before riding it properly

Did the pads need flipping in that brake or were they the right way round? I meant to check before sending but completely forgot.
