i agree with this for one cup, but for multi cups, not so much.

which is why i'm thinking of buying a filter machine.

Agreed. V60 and clever dripper are dodgy on capacity for two mugs of filter as well.

Is a chemex or anything else better for a proper two /three mug pour over? Ive already got an espresso machine and two grinders so really dont need another appliance in the coffee corner.

Chemex have more capacity - especially the large one. Also tastes different due to thicker papers.
