And whose fault is that? The allies who promised Ukraine ammo then failed to deliver? The ally who stopped sending military aid for 7 months? The allies who expect Ukrainians to defeat Russia with one hand tied behind their backs?
The Russian military is slow and incompetent but they are learning. They are targeting Kharkiv with glide bombs fired by bombers inside Russian territory, and Ukraine is powerless to defend the city because of Biden and Scholz' ridiculous rules. Something had to give.

Biden secretly agreed to allow Ukraine to strike inside Russian territory near Kharkiv with US weapons. Key point is that Ukraine should only use them in a counter-fire capacity to defend region around Kharkiv.
