For some reason me and my friend decided to spend our holiday cycling around southern parts of England. London-Oxford-Bath-Salisbury-Winchester-Brighton-London.
We're gonna choose gravel and single track over paved roads, how much SFAB should we expect? Our route is mostly self drawn on Komoot but we found a couple readily available routes around Brighton (south downs way) and some route options from Brighton to London.
Well it just tipped it down in West is Best London so my assumption with anything dirt is that it's gonna be slop and we should all move to California.
London (ok, Cheam which is technically in south London) to Brighton here, all trails very rideable as of last Monday when I did this route. Don’t forget that you can go around the south downs via shoreham or over them via Ditchling beacon or both as I did here.
