Ah I can see how that makes it more difficult...
Without being overly cynical I'm sure its in Thule's interests to keep changing the profiles, or producing proprietry bars for OEMs (especially Porsche). 3d printing an adaptor would be brilliant although it seems like you are pretty sorted in the end!
The feet are profiled to fit the bars, but that’s not to say that other bars with the same profile would not work- you’d simply need to drill holes in the correct location.
It’s a little hard for me to play around with this as I live ~7,000 miles away from where the car resides.
If the profile matches (say) Thule Wingbars then it would be straightforward to pick some longer ones, drill the holes and have a lot more space available.
Happy to get a photo with the rack on and the roof down if it ever stops raining here.
