This is awful. My next door neighbour is a well known antique dealer was the victim of a violent targeted robbery at home about 10 years ago and his wife who's life was threatened during the robbery has had crippling agoraphobia ever since. We still take most of her post as she rarely answers the door and is too nervous to even pop round to collect it herself even now.
