Since the New Year I’ve had a complete reassessment of my massive vintage MTB bikes/parts hoard after deciding that it’s got a bit out of control and most of it has to go😊 I’ve cleared a lot of the vintage stuff already, but now the modern kit of the collection is up for grabs here. I’ve also only included basic spec info for everything, please ask for extra info if it’s needed (can also get extra pics sorted more quickly for individual items if you'd rather not wait for the full update). And for the most part, condition info hasn’t been mentioned, but please be reassured that everything has been checked over carefully and mechanically all parts are in good order (all pivoting bits on front/rear mechs, brake levers etc won’t have play, no bolts will be seized, threads will be good, hub bearings will be examined for wear and serviced, and nothing will be damaged/bent etc) besides cosmetic scrapes etc which will be shown in close-up pics.

Paypal gift is my preferred payment type, all prices don't include postage. Royal Mail's standard 2nd class rate is £3.69, so this is what you'll be paying unless you ask for a different service. Possibly cheaper if it fits inside a letter envelope, ask for price. If you can collect then it will be from NW London. REAR MECHS (SGS below equals a long cage design; GS equals medium cage)

Shimano XT Shadow RD-M786 SGS rear mech. This is a clutched rear mech, allowing it to reduce chain bounce (between jockey wheels and chainrings) causing chain slap against your frame when riding over rough terrain. And also prevents it from falling off the chainrings. This function can be locked out when going back to normal terrain. 10 speed. £30
Shimano XT Shadow Plus RD-M781 SGS rear mech. Non clutched variant of the above mech but still retaining many of it’s features. 10 speed. £30>>> £25
Shimano XT Shadow RD-M772 SGS rear mech. 9 speed. £25>>> £20
Shimano Deore RD-M510 rear mech. This is a long cage mech although appears more like a medium cage when compared to the more ‘serious’ MTB mechs above. 9 speed. See my other Deore kit below which makes up probably a complete Deore (same M510 series) groupset. £10>>> £8
