What time is it? Watches and horology

Condition is everything really. It’s possibly one for an auction house if it’s anything like the one in the picture, condition-wise.

Omega Forums would also be a good place to sell/enquire but to post a sale thread there you need quite a bit of history (in terms of post count). An alternative might be an eBay listing and then making sure OF knows about it. IIRC there is a thread for eBay finds/links.

Yep, that’s the stock oyster style bracelet. I have an Uncle Seiko (now Uncle Straps) jubilee for it that I’ve moved on to another watch which is also quite nice.

Btw, the SRPEs that come on a bracelet have a polished bezel, the ones that come on straps have brushed bezels, even though they look basically the same in the Seiko product pics.

Saw this interesting Credor quartz last night. Like a kind of remixed Cartier Santos. Very thin.

The bracelet clasp has a window in it that you can see the engraved logo through from the inner folding part. Never seen that before.

@Regal Oh no way! 99% sure I saved this exact watch to bid on, but missed it. It's a 9300-5050 I believe? Really cool piece. Quite a few dials out there but this is definitely one of the best. Thought it must be difficult to set with a crown that small. There's lots of nice Seiko Dolce models that have a similar style to this and are super thin too.

Have you seen their pieces that look similar to AP? Very cool. Nautilus style bracelets /cases on some pieces from older catalogues too. Not sure on the date of them though. Be interested to find that out.

Horrid and very sad.

This is awful. My next door neighbour is a well known antique dealer was the victim of a violent targeted robbery at home about 10 years ago and his wife who's life was threatened during the robbery has had crippling agoraphobia ever since. We still take most of her post as she rarely answers the door and is too nervous to even pop round to collect it herself even now.
