Damn.
Maybe see if they have volunteering days etc(as if anyone has time for that), we got ours by being on the list but there definitely seems to be a lot of brown nosing going on as well.We’re currently trying to get 4 ‘abandoned’ plots back in play. All owned by Santa tenants who miraculously show up the day before inspections to vaguely wave a strimmer around.
Despite the allotment officer being told by multiple tenants, and the liaison tenant(chief curtain twitcher) it seems to take at least 2 years to kick someone off once they stop tending the plot.
Seems to be the one thing that our officer in particular really drags their heels on.
