I've started back on the turbo with a broken hand after surgery/2 weeks off the bike. Classic Z2 is 55-75% FTP but even the bottom end at 210-215w is pretty tiring, I can't manage much more than 90 minutes.
Not sure whether to scale back my threshold in terms of setting zone boundaries and commit to some structure or not....may just ride indoors on RPE for the next few months till cleared to ride outside.
