Just follow one of their dough recipes. It's dead easy to make dough. It's harder to not burn stuff in the Roccbox. Thing is HOT

The Pizza Shed is coming on and the Pizzas were good last night! A bit of a shame we where joined by the farmer harvesting the field behind, but a bit of dust never hurt anyone.

How do you defrost the dough? It's the worst when the pizza craving hits and it takes at least a day until I can make pizza

I freeze it in balls in circular tupaware. I just get it out about 8hrs before I want to use it and leave it on the worktop.

Low brow, but when I use the supermarket frozen stuff I zap it in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time. 3 goes is usually enough

Fired up the oven and made a pizza for the first time in a long time. Crust was not quite fully cooked inside. I think due to struggling to get oven hot enough.
Nice anyway.

Make some and freeze it. I've always got pretty good results when using my own. Not as good as fresh but definitely good enough.
