With Bromptons being so much closer to the ground I have found they absolutely eat through the drivechain. Although using an 8 speed chain they rarely snap and I regularly see ones worn well past 1.0 and they’re still holding on.
Absolutely this. So low to the ground they pick up all the crap off the road.
