I didn't get that far through the article (though I'm sure I've seen this setup documented on here too)
I have no spare wires. In fact I need another one because the battery wire in the Mason is frayed and I don't know how long it will last. My bar tape is fucked too so I figured if I was going to change the setup, now is the time to do it.
Do you know any bars that are already full of the necessary holes for this arrangement? 38cm shallow drop stuff I guess.

No 12-11 speed compatibility for road or gravel.
Just bar end junction with a short wire to right shifter and then another wire from that shifter to the left (needs holes in bars) and then the long one from left to junction B in the frame, dont need a Y cable if you have a bunch of spare wires knocking about
