Actually, was thinking I could neaten up the Mason a bit by moving to one of their bar-end junction boxes and changing the bars/stem to something Di2 native or using the Y-cable or something. (I have no idea what I'm doing)

I presume the wireless 12s shifters won't work with the 11s derailers, but if they did, that would present another option for cleaning up the front end. Not sure how you charge it all though. Having to carry button cells for spares is annoying.
