I find cambiums like rocks, fine for 20 miles but then agony as they're solid at the back. (The middle bit is fine though). I don't wear bibs though, so could be that.
I find the Specialized Bridge saddle with mimic to be my fav. I can do 100mile rides, mulitiday rides on it and it's never been sore (coupled with Icebreaker Anatomical long leg boxers).
Yeah, I basically need a fellow flite user who’s found a modern solution. It’s the gooch area that hurts on a long ride. The back is fine for me and I always wear padded bibs when riding.
