Mechanics Needed for a few hours- Ride London

Are any mechanics looking for a few hours of work? The pay is £25ph for some basic servicing and repairs during Ride London on the 26th of May. The hours are 4.30-9.30am (I know!)

We (Bikeworks) also looking for some freelance mechanics to add to our pool so if the above isn't appealing but the potential for some regular, freelance work is I can put you in touch with my colleague.

I've been told that any applicants will need a qualification such as Cytech Level 2 or City & Guilds equivalent. (I believe for insurance purposes).

I think it is a deal breaker unfortunately! It seems silly because most of the best mechanics I know hold 0 qualifications but there we go.

If you're keen for more regular work get in touch, we might be able to sort something out. Probably too short notice for the 26th though I think.
