What's the secret to finding somewhere to stay that's cheap and not a shithole? I need somewhere for 1 night in Nottingham in June and everything apart from a bed in a dorm is pretty expensive. I'd just do the hostel but I'm probably going to get a few beers in me and the snoring isn't fair to inflict on strangers.
