SWAP: Dura Ace 7710 for square taper njs cranks

As in the title, I have a pair of 170 mm (I Think) 7710 NJS stamped Dura Ace cranks which I'm looking to swap for any square taper njs cranks. The seized bb on my track frame is not being kind to any alternatives.

Alternatively, if anyone has any Sugino 75 / Dura Ace 7600 cranks for sale I'd also be interested.

Are 7710 the 9-speed dura ace that take an octalink BB? I might have a set of these cranks, but they're not NJS stamped.
